ReplyDeleteCool! Do you want something new, or would an already done pic be ok? I'm premusing the latter but I hope not cause I really want that pic but don't have time atm for a new drawing!
ReplyDeleteoops, I meant "presuming the former".
ReplyDeleteAw man, now I wish I could draw more than just stick animals!

ReplyDeleteBen,
ReplyDeleteThat's a good question. I don't know the answer though. If Bobby is listening I'm sure he can let us know.
I'm guessing it'd be off limits, but who's gonna know right? I probably should have been more specific with the subject.
Ben Newman - the entries must be new. The purpose of these contests are to encourage people to do NEW art :)

ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Absolutely amazing!
ReplyDeleteJust listened to your interview on ChiuStream. I love your work.
ReplyDeleteHa, I just realized you did a pinup contest theme, and I just finished my first pinup yesterday. Weird, wish I had know about the contest earlier.
ReplyDeleteHey, I just went through the entire blog and loved it. I laughed when I read the first entry - you wanted to see if you'd ever get into drawing anything besides pin ups. I guess in that respect you're still a bit reluctant. Keep doing what you want, but if you ever get interested, animal studies are a great way to go. Have you seen the blogs by Ben Balistreri and Andrew Shek? They're both incredible. Thanks for all the art! I've got it all saved in a file called important historical artists. You're between Levi Prentice and Mattia Pretti. - T Arthur Smith
ReplyDeleteman.. can you imagine boxing with no top? those things would be EVERYWHERE.. that aLONE would make you win... that's like an extra set of gloves! HAH... love this picture.
ReplyDeleteWow! It looks fantastic! Do you use markers to color it? Or what? Love the shading!!
