Soon the remaining special editions of Belle du Jour with the original art bookplates nestled snugly inside them will be available. How exactly I'll make them available for purchase I have not quite figured out yet. Here are some pics in progress.
AHa! Awesome! I drooled over my friend's copy last year and I was absolutely kicking myself for not getting one then. I'm so glad I have another shot at one now. Please put me on a mailing list for one of these. I will definitely buy one. Will these be available at Comic-Con again?
This is good and happy news indeed. I've pestered you for how many months? OK, maybe I didn't really pester ... but now I can give my dad the one I purchased from you at WonderCon for Father's Day and get the even more special bookplate edition.
Remember, I'd really like a redhead -- but I don't want to miss out by being picky.
I'm glad you found the time to finish these. Please let me know via e-mail to leoholzer@go.com or mnmears@go.com.
The plan at the moment is to sell these remaining special editions here on this blog, this way everyone regardless of where they live can get a chance at one. If there are any left over I'll bring them to Comicon. Keep watching for details.
Jon, It's like you read my mind, these bookplates will make their own book indeed. Hopefully in time for Comicon.

I just wanted to ask if you are going to be at comic con San Diego this year and if your book will still be available for purchase then.
ReplyDeleteWow! I may need to buy this book all over again to get another one of these bookplates :) Great stuff Bill, very fun and appealing poses!

Are these the rest from last year, or a new batch for this year's con? Will you have a table this year?
