Tiki Trouble.

So this is the last batch for now. I'm spent. I'll have a grand total of 70 bookplates for con. I was shottin' for 80, but this will do.
They'll be numbered to 100, I'll do the last 30 later.

The stack.

  1. Hi there.

I've got a question... what are you going to do with those art pieces on the con? Are you selling them?

And... since I'm from Spain, i don't know what does "bookplate" mean... :P

Nerermind, a really love your work, it is a true inspiration for my.

  3. Those are gorgeous Bill.

I've asked a friend to try to pick one up for me at the show so I'm hoping you'll allow folks to buy more than one.

Also, and I know there's no reserving of anything, but I met my wife at a costume party where she was dressed like a mermaid, so I am hoping that you'll allow folks to request a particular theme if its still available.

At any rate, this looks like a really fun thing to do for the show and I hope you have a great time.

  9. [Moth],
A bookplate is essentially a card or "plate" that is placed in or attached to the interior cover of a book, and is usually signed and numbered.
So I am going to sell the art peices at con as bookplates attached to the interior cover of my book, making it a special edition.
Usually a bookplate has art printed on it, but in my case they will be original art bookplates.
