Banana Girl Statues have arrived just in time for Tr!ckster 2012. Tr!ckster is the creator owned pop-up event near the San Diego convention center during comic con. These Banana Girl statues will be available for purchase there.
But first, my favorite part. The unboxing.
Also available at Tr!ckster will be my usual books and cards as well as these new signed art prints featuring the original Banana Girl piece.
I'll be attending Tr!ckster much of Friday and Saturday, but the statues will be available from day one. See you there!

Banana Girl Shipping Update
To those who pre-ordered the Banana Girl statue, I want to give an update on your order. As you have probably noticed there has been a slight delay in the manufacturing, I was expecting them to ship by the end of June. I apologize for the wait, but it's nearly over. I've received conformation that they will ship early next week, possibly even as early as Monday July 9th. If you ordered the nude variant, it will ship even sooner. This week I was told.
Again, thank you so much for your patience.

Banana Girl Production Update
The statues are nearly done!

This photo shows the design being silkscreened onto the bottoms of the bases, but as I understand it assembly has been completed and the manufacturer is now making it's final rounds of quality control before boxing them up. So I'm anticipating that they'll be ready to ship any day now.
For the moment Pre-orders are still open.

Banana Girls on Parade
Banana girl statues are well into production, as demonstrated by the photo below.
The statue was actually modeled digitally by Anders Ehrenborg in Z-Brush. You can see the original digital model in the video above.
Below are some photos of the unpainted prototype.

Fluide.G
I was lucky enough to find myself back in France last week where I came across the issue of Fluide.G I'm featured in.
Here it is found in it's natural habitat next to GQ.
So it turns out that Fluide.G is a ladies magazine. It's funny what I learn on my travels.
Had I known I may have chosen different subject matter.
Or maybe I would have done this anyway :P

Fifi Cleans Up America
I recently did a four page comic for the May issue of the French magazine Fluide.G.
If you live in France it should be on the stands now.
I'm not entirely sure if the French are aware of the American stereotype of a French maid, so I'm curious what kind of reaction it'll get. If you're French and you've read it, let me know what you think.
Here's a preview.
